French Singer Music Store Terms and Conditions:
1. French Singer Music Store provides ticketing for performances with French actress and singer Floanne Ankah (producer).
2. Tickets Delivery: You can print your ticket or request to receive a hard copy through the mail (if you are purchasing your ticket at least one week in advance). Photo identification will be required for internet printouts.
3. Canceled/Rescheduled Events: It is at the producer’s discretion whether to refund the ticket price or exchange the tickets for a similarly equivalent event should a cancellation or rescheduling occur.
4. Availability: Should tickets be oversold by the producer, the producer has discretion as to the method of refund, including but not limited to event price refund, or ticket exchange for a similarly equivalent event. Should over sale occur, only whole, non-perforated tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
5. Pricing is at the discretion of the producer and may vary depending on event availability.
6. Seating: Venue seating charts are provided by producer, and/or the venue. Tickets will not be refunded if a ticket purchaser is dissatisfied with selected seating.
7. Lost, Stolen, Destroyed Tickets – Lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced or refunded, including tickets lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or destroyed during delivery to ticket purchaser.
8. Refunds and Exchanges – All sales are final. Please review ticket ordering information carefully prior to ticket purchase.
9. Privacy Policy – The personal information of the ticket purchaser will not be shared by the producer and be kept confidential.
10. Resale of Tickets – Tickets are for individual use only and not for resale. Please contact producer if you wish to give your ticket to someone else prior the day of the performance. Entry will not be granted if the ticket holder is not able to confirm his or her identification.
12. Effective Date – These terms, conditions and policies are effective as of November 1, 2011.
